House MD Canon Character Application
Name: Allison Cameron
Position at PPTH: Immunologist with a fellowship under Dr. House in the Diagnostic Department. Better know as a Duckling/One of House's minions.
Personality: On first glance, Allison Cameron appears to be the typical righteous-moral-conscience member of the otherwise slightly less than legal and notoriously underhanded Diagnostics Department. However, Cameron is truly a mess of contradictions- a complicated fusion of inexperience and maturity, awkward teen and poised woman, open and terribly guarded, unsure and supremely confident.
Cameron will break into houses, and then protest a similarly illegal option. She will have a moment of stunning depth and growth, but one that was preceded by an equally brilliant display of how much the young doctor still has to learn. This is, in essance, due to the fact that in many ways, Cameron is wise beyond her years. Her intense devotion to certain rights of the patient may be interpreted as naive, or simply her ability to see the issue from the side of the patient as well as the doctor. The truth is important to her, but it is not the end all; for her, the means do not justify the ends. At least, not always. Cameron does have the disturbing tendency to alter her judgements based on the circumstances, at times making her appear weak or malleable. More likely, the explanation is that she is still struggling with the fundamental questions of life, and so her calls on issues change with the circumstances; but it must be said that once she chooses a path, she most certainly sticks to it until given reasonable evidence that she is wrong.
Cameron is vulnerable. She is at times too open with her emotions, too willing to follow them, afraid of commitment, prone to rash decisions, and still, in many ways, quite young. This young doctor has a long road ahead of her. But her compassion and the inherant quirks in her character also enable her to see things other don't, trust where others wouldn't, and believe in ideas life has managed to stomp out of most people.
Appearance:
Shoulder-blade length curly brunette with traces of red highlights, about 5'4", slender, cerulean eyes, rather pale complexion, prominent cheekbones.
History:
Little is know about Cameron's history. Open as she is about her emotions now, she is quite guarded about her past. We know she is a commitment phobe, was married, and watched her husband die. Cameron is constantly trying to make up for something, trying to find some part of her that was broken or lost. In it's absence, she contents herself by throwing herself into the world of academia and medicine.

This is an intro to a Seven Sins/Virtues Roleplay as the Virtue of Generousity.
"It is better to give than to recieve." These words echoed over and over again, an endless repetition of the same words until they became merely sounds and the sounds resounded through her whole being, as if they had been engraved on the inside of her skull.
The old adage has a slightly different meaning for each person who comes across the words. For the young woman slumped on a spindly excuse for a bench in a nearly deserted stretch of grass and saplings, it was both her own personal salvation and her own condemnation. From birth- or creation, would be the better word- these words had defined her existence. She was, afterall, the human embodiment of Generousity.
Sighing, the girl tossed the half-eaten remains of her sandwich to the squirrels and pidgeons collected about her, evan as her stomach growled a plaintive cry. With a groan, the girl- better known as Aithne- pushed herself off the bench, and brushed off the crumbs that clung to her tiny figure. Standing at barely 5'0", Aithne looked as though a strong gust of wind could pluck her up and carry her far away.
At times, she wished with all her might that it would. Giving was pleasant. Giving was joy. But just once, just once, Aithne wanted to experience the joy of getting: the sensantion that some other creature cared about her existence, too. Oh, there was that thought again- that blasphemous, selfish, dirty thought. "It is better to give than recieve. It is better to give than recieve. It is better..." her mouth automatically formed around the words as her hands went to her temples, her eyes closing, as if shutting out the world would make the words stick, would engulf her being, would make her better. Would make her the virtue she should be. "Better to give than recieve...better to give than recieve..."
Ignoring the pangs in her stomach, Aithne ambled towards the street nearby, gray eyes staring listlessly ahead as the refrain reverberated through her head. Her alabaster skin, coupled with her tiny frame, would have made any other look positively ill. On Aithne, however, a strange, almost unearthly light seemed to reside underneath her delicate features, altering the picture to one of vitality, of strength beyond what was seen.
Brushing back a stray chocolate curl, Aithne reached the street and the people ambling along. Unconsciously she joined the masses of people, curving her lips into a brilliant smile occasionally at a haggerd passer-byer, or murmuring a few words into a weary ear, a joy suffusing through her being as their faces lightened- not a lot, but enough to be perceptible.
In such a time, the happiness giving brought a welcome respite from the never ending words and self-inflicted torment. In such happiness, the virtue could lose herself.
So strange, how such a happy thing could cause her so much pain.
Do You Want To Play This Character For The Crossover, Too?: I'm not familiar enough with Scrubs to do justice to the shows and character, so no.
If Yes, Will You Be Willing to Give One of These RPs Up Should Another Auditioner Ask? Of course.

Apologies for any spelling errors, my Microsoft Word is being weird. And if I missed something, please just let me know- my brother has some pressing homework, so I wasn't able to double check.
